Society Mission and Purposes Committees
Educational Excellence Committee: This committee promotes local, state and international projects, supports professional issues and legislation as related to women educators, organizes support for early career teachers, encourages respect and cooperation within the profession. This committee combines the former committees of Professional Affairs, Personal Growth and Service, and Research.

Communication / Publicity: This committee contacts members relative to attendance, informs members of changes in schedules, and relays any pertinent information; publicizes local news and promotes use of Society publications, submits recommendations concerning publicity of the chapter to the executive board for approval, and completes and submits Form 38 to the president by January 15 of the second year of the biennium.
